I was having severe pain due to Tennis elbow for more than two to three weeks and its not healing by itself. Then I visited Stride health Physio for checkup. After treatment, now I am almost recovered from pain and able to do my regular activities also planning to resume playing badminton. Doctor was very friendly having lot of patience. Treatment was scientific. The exercises he suggested were very helpful. I can do them at home and recover fast. There was a lady physicist who is also very experienced in treating patients with all the latest equipment . Electric pulsing and Ultrasound were great in healing the pain. They maintain proper schedule and inform in-advance about any changes. They make sure we do all the suggested exercises at clinic at-least once a day and follow-up on the recovery status. I am very happy and fortunate to have such a good clinic near to my place. Usually we neglect to visit doctors for physical pains, but i understood that we don't have to suffer anymore because it can be treated fast and we can fully recover from them and can resume our favorite activities again.
